Moshe is an Ivy League-trained doctor who is Board-Certified in Psychiatry. In addition, he is an experienced California expert medical witness and legal IME professional with extensive medical case file review experience. Moshe is the former VP of Operations – Patient Safety Initiatives at NASA, as well as the former Risk Management Director at Kaiser Permanente.
Music & Medicine: Seeks to uplift the health of our entire planet by learning how Musicians from Icons to New Artists developed their sound and faced an important health issue in their lives. The show features Physician/Musician Moshe Lewis MD as the host interviewing various guest artists at their studios and home settings each week. In some special episodes, viewers will get to hear about health topics that don’t necessarily fall under Dr. Moshe’s expertise. Here, Dr. Moshe will invite top doctors for each scenario. Other episodes will also show Music as therapy to calm the dialysis patient, prep the doctor for surgery, awaken lost memory, and address anxiety.

Dr. Moshe Lewis MD
Moshe Lewis, MD, MBA, MPH is an Ivy League-trained doctor who is Board-Certified in Psychiatry. In addition, he is an experienced California expert medical witness and legal IME professional with extensive medical case file review experience. Moshe is the former VP of Operations – Patient Safety Initiatives at NASA, as well as the former Risk Management Director at Kaiser Permanente. Currently, he is the Chief of Physical Medicine & Rehab at St. Luke’s Campus in the California Pacific Medical Center.
Moshe holds a BA from Cornell University, an MD from Mount Sinai
School of Medicine of New York University, and an MPH from New York
University. He attained an MBA from University of Phoenix. He is a
Member of the Arthritis Foundation and a volunteer Clinical Faculty
Member at the Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He
worked with the GLC Council on Advisory Roles at the Doctor& Company in Napa, California. In addition, he presents multiple speaking
engagements across a range of venues, including health fairs and
community events. Moshe is the coauthor of a revolutionary new book
titled “Understanding Pain: An Introduction for Patients and Caregivers.
